Tales of my Cats at Pumpjack & Piddlewick

Cats

Life here at Pumpjack & Piddlewick definitely revolves around my 4 cats. They are~

Gingembre (Ginger in English), or Gigi for short, is a very smart cat with savoir faire. She has learned to catch mice and moles whilst leaving all the other critters alone. Well, maybe the odd pounce or two.

She is mother to Lapsong Suchong, a grey tiger who has some issues. Abandoned by her Mum early on, she discovered that chickens make great friends. Lappy is at her happiest eating or hanging our with her feathered friends.

Noisette (hazelnut in French) is a tortoiseshell. She is the smallest, a little loner who lives in her own world. She is also a snuggle monster. So if she is not curled up on my shoulder, she is off hunting mice, moles, rats, sadly the odd bird, and even a pigeon once. Fierce yet cuddly.

Then there is Chou. My token male amongst the females. He found us as a feral kitten and slowly wormed his way into my other cats territory, our lives and my heart. He loves nothing more than pouncing on the adults.

Covered in Feathers
